Visiting Hours

Visiting hours for surgical wards is 10am to 1pm and then again from 3pm to 8pm.

Visiting hours for maternity patients is 3pm to 5pm and then again from 7pm to 8pm.

Patients staying in the Rehabilitation Unit will be provided with a treatment program and will need to inform friends and relatives of the times they will be available.

There is adequate carparking available within the grounds of the hospital at either the front of the hospital or by continuing to drive towards the maternity entrance.

Zouki Cafe's

Cafe Avanti

Café Avanti, located in the main foyer of the hospital, provides light meals, snacks and refreshments for patients and visitors, and serves the best coffee in Deakin! The Café also has toiletries, newspapers and magazines for sale.

Cafe Avanti is open from 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 3pm on Saturdays.

Cafe Medici

Caffe Medici, located in the Plaza close to Capital Pathology and the Clinical Services Building. Caffe Medici has a relaxed cafe style, serving light lunches and the finest coffee and quality foods.

Caffe Medici is open from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
