Calvary John James HospitalLCMHC Home
For over 125 years the Sisters of the Little Company of Mary have been involved in a wide range of community works which currently involve community service, hospitals and aged care facilities. This has been in response to the needs of the community at a particular point in time and to 'be for others'.
Throughout our journey in life there will be times of struggle and times of great joy. Calvary John James supports the Canberra community in all of these events through emotional, spiritual and at times material contributions. To help us help you or someone just like you... please donate to the Calvary John James Gift Fund so that this legacy may continue.
We extend an invitation to you to become involved in a hospital that is committed to patient focused holistic care.
Many organisations have mission statements, Calvary John James lives theirs.
How Can You Help?
Empowered by the spirit and traditions of the Little Company of Mary Sisters, we embrace our values of healing, hospitality, stewardship and respect.
Enriched and supported by each other, we work to achieve excellence in compassionate care and service by creating an atmosphere of hope, peace and joy.
We commit ourselves to nurturing a rich spiritual community which celebrates diversity, values personal worth and encourages growth and innovation.
Your support assists in the continued commitment we have for providing the best resources in medical equipment, techniques and people skills. Calvary John James strives for excellence in every area of patient care and our goal is to work together to ensure that our patient’s needs are met.
Any donation is greatly valued and appreciated. If you would like to make a donation please contact Frances Brown, Director of Mission on (02) 6281 8112 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Hospital volunteers play a vital role in the lives of our patients. We are constantly recruiting enthusiastic and committed individuals to join us as volunteers. The objective of our volunteer program is to provide a channel for the community to contribute and bring a personal touch and compassion to our patients. In doing so, we hope that our volunteers will find personal enrichment in learning and making new friends, while contributing your skills and time in helping patients on their road to recovery.
If you have an interest in making a difference in the lives of our patients, please contact Frances Brown, Director of Mission, on (02) 6281 8112 or Frances.Brown@calvarycare.org.au
