PETER BLACKSHAW REAL ESTATE IN DICKSON

Peter Blackshaw in Dickson is a great supporter of Calvary John James Hospital and in January 2010 donated funds towards the purchase of a isolette (special care nursery crib) which is used for babies that are born prematurely or for babies that need that extra support in their first few days / weeks of life in the outside world.

Most recently Peter Blackshaw has also kindly purchased a Wii Fit for the patients in our Rehabilitation Unit. This piece of equipment, whilst a lot of fun, will also assist in improving the functionality of our rehab patients to help them live an active life yet again.

JOHN JAMES MEMORIAL FOUNDATION

The John James Memorial Foundation has provided Calvary John James with $2.1m towards the refurbishment of Aubrey Tow ward and the Front Foyer of the hospital. The refurbishment of Aubrey Tow commenced just prior to Christmas with the commissioning of the ward to take place in May 2010.

PERIN MANAGEMENT GROUP

In late 2009, the Perin Management Group kindly provided a financial contribution of $10,000 for staff education geared towards excellence in service delivery for patients at Lidia Perin Day Hospital and skill acquisition in service delivery for patients at Lidia Perin.
