The Rehabilitation Unit on the St Johns Campus provides rehabilitation for patients in the areas of orthopaedic, spinal, reconditioning, acquired brain injury, amputee and neurology. The multidisciplinary team consists of Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologist, Physicians, Dietician and Discharge Planner who work together to achieve functional gains for patients.

We are seeking experienced and motivated Level 2 Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to join our team.

Level 2 Registered Nurses - you will deliver excellence to patients enabling them to achieve their rehabilitation goals. Your leadership skills will be used to promote best practice standards, effectively managing resources (human and material) and quality improvement initiatives.

Enrolled Nurses - with rehabilitation experience and a commitment to excellence are encouraged to apply to join our team. Recent acute care experience is essential.
